Personal Data I will collect.
• Name.
• Gender.
• Date of Birth.
• Telephone number (plus permission to send SMS & leave voice message).
• Email address.
• Special Educational Needs and Disabilities information relevant to careers guidance
• Qualification and work experience history
How I will store your Personal Data.
Storage Methods and documents held
• Paper: written notes taken during careers interview
• Email: your email address and correspondence including careers action plans will be stored in my email account by nature of you contacting me. Your telephone number may be stored in my SMS should we exchange messages.
• Smartphone: I may store your contact data (Name, and mobile number) This allows me to contact you for telephone careers advice.
• Booking site Reservio – if appointments are booked through this then your name, contact number and careers appointment timings will be stored.
• Your personalised Careers Action plan will be stored in the google drive for d.perry@alcestergs.com
Sharing your Data
I will seek permission from you verbally or by email before I share your data eg. contacting a college or an employer on your behalf.
Erasing your Data.
When we have finished working together, I will destroy paper documents within 3 months and delete electronic copies of your action plans once you have reached your 20th birthday or age 25 for SEND students.
Your Rights.
You have the following rights...
• To be informed about what data you are giving me which I will record / have recorded
• To see the data you have given me about yourself
• To rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data about you
• To withdraw consent to me using your personal data about you
• To request your personal data be erased
